Shipping Dates or order time are estimates only and are based on prompt receipt of all necessary information and approvals from the Customer.  We ship F.O.B. origin from our warehouse locations, with the exception of factory drop shipments or unless otherwise specified and via the carrier of our choice.  Shipping & Handling charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice under freight costs.  Risk of loss shall pass at point of shipment.  Items temporarily back-ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival into our warehouse.

 Customer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damage or shortage.  Please report shortages or discrepancies within 48 hours. Failure to do so within the alotted time may result in denial of claim.

 Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt with prior approval from us.  Products must be in reasonable condition and in the original manufacturer’s package.  Credit will be issued based on Customer’s purchase price for the returned product less any vendor restocking charges, freight or other expenses of disposal.  If the reason for returning material is our fault or that of the manufacturer, we will promptly rectify the error, without expense to the customer.  If the cause lies with the Customer, we will do everything possible to maximize the expense or loss.  Special Order or logo'd items are not returnable unless there is a defect in quality or workmanship.

Goods ordered by the Customer may not be cancelled; provided however, at the sole discretion of Wayest Safety, Inc., Customer may be permitted to cancel orders for goods that are not specially ordered or specially manufactured and which have not been shipped.

 All prices are subject to change without notice.  We cannot be held responsible for errors in printing.

 We are required by law to add applicable sales tax to invoices for shipments into all states in which we are registered.  If you are tax exempt, please submit your signed documentation of exemption.

 We do not require purchase order confirmations, however, if you must mail them, please clearly mark them “confirming” in order to avoid order entry duplication.

 $25 minimum order on all open accounts.

 Net 30 days to accounts with established credit.  Open accounts are available to qualified customers.  We accept Visa and MasterCard.  Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) can be arranged.  We reserve the right in its sole discretion to, either (a) to withhold shipments or to impose or (b) revise any credit limits on Customer’s purchases when we deem ourselves insecure with respect to Customer’s ability to pay for the purchase from time to time.

 The goods we sell have been manufactured by others and may be warranted for limited periods of time by them against defects in materials or workmanship. (All misuse of products is excluded from warranties.)  In all instances, we make no warranty whatsoever, express or implied, unless expressly set forth in writing.  No agent, employee, or representative of Wayest Safety, Inc. has any authority to bind us to any affirmation, representation or warranty concerning the goods that we sell beyond that specifically included in writing.  We shall not be liable under any circumstances for consequential or incidental damages for breach of contract or nonperformance due to fire, strikes, accidents or causes beyond our control.
